We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrator who is a motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role requires the ability to manage numerous deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
Interaction with BGI internal managers and external customers will be required, so excellent people skills are critical.
Specific job duties may include but are not limited to:
Project Support
- Create new projects in the Company's database
- Issue Purchase orders in the Company's database
- Track Company equipment issued to project
- Coordinate equipment rentals for projects using Company's preferred vendor system
- Compile weekly timesheets and submit to Accounting for payroll processing
- Perform cost tracking for project spending including payroll, purchasing and equipment
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents to support successful project execution.
- Create, update, and track project change orders
- Shutdown SupportProvide on-site administrative and project management support during scheduled shutdowns as needed, including payroll/timekeeping, documentation, workforce coordination, and other project administrative activities.
Invoicing
- Build invoices from project timesheets
- Coordinate review of invoicing with project management
- Submit invoicing to customer
- Manage progress billing and coordinate with Accounts Receivable
- Monitor project revenues and billing against established budget
- Establish new customers in corporate payment system
Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Abilities:
- At least 4 years' administrative experience required; experience as an office manager or lead administrator preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Candidate must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while re-prioritizing workload and switching between tasks as needed
- Applicants must have a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communications skills and ability to work with diversity of people
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Experience with construction projects preferred

The Regional Administrator will work from BGI's Salt Lake City Regional Office. This is hybrid hourly position with 40+ hours per week.
