Job summary

Brahma Group Inc. is seeking a capable recruiter to source, screen, and place applicants for industrial construction roles. The recruiter will independently manage the full-cycle process, including negotiating terms and onboarding new hires.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and experience in staffing, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Job description

Location: Mesa, Arizona or Salt Lake City, Utah

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process independently, including negotiating employment terms when necessary and executing onboarding procedures.
• Make hiring and placement decisions based on candidates' skill sets, work experience, and suitability for the open position.
• Conduct post-placement performance evaluations, handle terminations when applicable, and complete all related administrative documentation.
• Evaluate and assess candidates based on the success profile(s) for specific job requirements.
• Meet regularly with the internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals and overall performance.
• Categorize and classify candidates based on skills, goals, and interests.
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, serving as a resource for employment opportunities.

Position Qualifications & Skills:

• A valid driver's license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
• Previous industrial construction staffing experience preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Motivation to achieve predetermined goals and expectations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent time management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Education:

High school diploma required.
