Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a Sr. Director, Ad Sales to manage all aspects of advertising sales for a region. You will coach and develop staff, implement sales strategies, manage inventory, forecast revenue, and recruit top sales talent.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to drive revenue, build senior-level relationships with top local and agency partners, and shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategies tailored to the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years media/ad sales management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional advertising sales, including revenue targets across multiple products.
• Coach and develop a team of sales managers and account executives.
• Forecast revenue and manage P&L for advertising sales in the region.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with top local, regional, and agency clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
