Job summary

PACS Group in Colorado is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resource to ensure accuracy and efficiency across regional AR processes, including in-person and virtual meetings with AR teams. The role requires travel up to 30% to train local leaders and support remote work when not traveling.

You will monitor aging, optimize collections, and maintain payer contract knowledge to ensure correct billing and confidentiality. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in business field preferred.
• 3+ years of AR billing experience in Assisted Living and/or Independent Living.
• Experience with PointClickCare (facility and management console).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure statements are generated accurately and timely based on industry standards.
• Manage performance by planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving accounts receivable.
• Oversee the collection process to improve payment timeliness.
• Maintain payer contract knowledge and ensure billing per contract provisions.
• Supervise billing systems and stay current with system upgrades and enhancements.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and organization information through effective controls.
