PACS in California seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency of AR processes. You will meet with AR teams in person and virtually, address questions, and ensure statements are generated timely per industry standards.

You will manage AR performance, oversee collections, maintain payer contract knowledge, and supervise billing systems. Travel to regional facilities is required, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and team leadership.

Qualificações

• 2-year degree in business field (preferred).
• 3+ years of ALF and/or IL billing experience.
• Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental and private insurances regulations.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Meet in person and virtual with AR teams regularly to address questions and issues.
• Ensure statements are accurately and timely generated per industry standards.
• Manage AR performance by planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving processes.
• Oversee the collection process to improve payment timeliness.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of payer contracts and ensure billing per contract.
• Supervise billing systems and stay current with upgrades and enhancements.
• Protect confidentiality of patients and organizational information.
• Assist leaders in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and managing billing staff.
• Monitor compliance of resident trust accounts.
• Review AR reports, summarize trends, and keep management informed.
• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation.
• Teach and train Office Managers to help achieve goals.
• Ability to travel as needed.
