Job summary

PACS Group's Regional AR Resource role supports our 10 communities across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Missouri. The position requires AR expertise in senior living billing, travel up to 30%, and the ability to train and assist local teams, with priority for candidates in CA, AZ, and NV.

You will oversee billing accuracy, monitor receivables, and enforce contract billing standards, while maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting regional leaders.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in business field.
• 3+ years of experience in Assisted Living and/or Independent Living billing.
• 1+ experience with PointCickCare (facility and management console level).
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage and train teams.
• Detailed-oriented, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet in person and virtual with AR teams regularly to address questions and issues.
• Ensure statements are generated accurately and timely per industry standards.
• Manage performance outcomes in accounts receivable.
• Oversee the collection process to improve payment timeliness.
• Maintain knowledge of payer contracts and ensure billed per contract provisions.
• Oversee billing systems and system upgrades/ enhancements.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and organization information.
• Assist leaders in recruiting, orienting, and managing billing staff.
• Monitor compliance of resident trust accounts.
• Review AR reports, summarize information, and identify trends.
• Demonstrate organization, autonomy, and cooperation in duties.
• Teach and train Office Managers to help achieve goals.
• Ability to travel as needed.
