Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking an Accounts Receivable Expert to lead regional AR initiatives, train Practice Managers, and drive adherence to AR systems across 3,000 doctors in 39 states. You will partner with the Integrations Team to resolve AR obstacles, ensure consistency, and support offices with new tools and processes.

The role requires knowledge of dental/medical insurance and strong communication, organizational, and training skills. Occasional travel to support regional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of dental or medical insurance and accounts receivable.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Integrations Team with AR-related training and processes.
• Train Practice Managers on AR best practices.
• Develop regional relationships with PMOs and Integration Specialists.
• Promote AR trainings through eLearning to grow team knowledge.
• Support newly affiliated practices with tools and training for a smooth integration.
• Assist with rollout of new AR technology and processes.
