Heartland Dental is seeking an Accounts Receivable Expert to lead regional AR initiatives, train Practice Managers, and drive adherence to AR systems across 3,000 doctors in 39 states. You will partner with the Integrations Team to resolve AR obstacles, ensure consistency, and support offices with new tools and processes.
The role requires knowledge of dental/medical insurance and strong communication, organizational, and training skills. Occasional travel to support regional teams is expected.
This individual will be the expert in Accounts Receivables for their region and communicate with the operations team to help supported offices overcome any AR obstacles. The ideal candidate will have a love of knowledge and training of systems, have the ability to provide training and research in the region to grow our team’s knowledge of AR systems and efficiencies all while holding accountability of team members for following those systems.

To give you an idea of team structure, the AR Field Rep will work individually, but will also partner with the Integrations Team to meet regional goals. This position reports to the Regional Support Administrator (RSA).
