Kimley-Horn in Frisco, TX is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to lead the regional accounting and finance function in-office. This hands-on role partners with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate project cost accounting, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.

You will oversee invoicing, collections, expense management, and monthly reconciliations, while growing and mentoring a staff of project accountants and accounting assistants to support the firm's rapid expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field; accounting or finance preferred.
• 10+ years accounting experience including project or job cost accounting.
• Supervisory experience leading and developing an accounting team.
• Significant technical experience with Accounting software/MIS systems.
• Strong interaction with senior management and ability to partner with others at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be a confident self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Able to travel regularly to Dallas metroplex offices.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos Reporting a plus.

• Grow, train and supervise a staff of project accountants and accounting assistants.
• Hire, train and mentor staff for future growth within a rapidly expanding firm.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager and staff to meet monthly/annual financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with project managers at all levels to provide guidance and support.
