Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

CUSA LLC, an Atlanta based Hospitality and Property Management company is seeking qualified candidates for Regional Accounting Manager. This is a hands-on role as the accounting leader for multiple full-service and limited-service Hotels, reporting to the Director of Accounting. This can be a Remote Work position with periodic visits to Corporate Office and Properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Review of daily financial reporting including Cash, Credit Cards, & Accounts Receivable
2. Review and update of expense reporting using M3 Accounting Systems in assuring accuracy of coding and values
3. Coordinate and manage compilation of profit & loss statements and review for accuracy and comparative analysis to forecasted and budgeted projections
4. Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local laws and timely payments
5. Cash Management reporting, including Accounts Payable cash disbursement for all property related entities, including funding requests from ownership as needed
6. Relations development with property General Managers and regional Directors of Operations to assist in identifying inconsistencies in reporting and processes
7. Oversight, implementation, and review of Company financial policies to minimize operational and fiscal risk
8. Maintenance of bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
9. Reconciliation and maintenance of Balance Sheets on a monthly basis
10. Assist in transitions of new property additions, as well as property audit reviews on a periodic basis
11. Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration. Nurture a positive, professional work environment and ensure development and adherence to CUSA, LLC accounting policies and procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
12. Other tasks and assignments as directed
