Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle full-cycle accounting duties including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with GAAP and maintaining accurate financial records of fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets and related depreciation schedules.
• Support audits and help implement internal controls.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is captured and reported.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and full-cycle accounting processes.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
