Job summary

Stella-Jones, a leading infrastructure products manufacturer, is seeking a customer support professional to assist the Sales team with quotes, scheduling, and order entry for the assigned region. This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and Account Specialists to ensure timely, accurate transactions.

The position requires strong MS Office and basic Power BI skills, with a focus on cross-functional communication and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interface interdepartmentally.

Responsibilities

• Manages quoted customers for assigned region.
• Basic Power BI Skills.
• Basic Microsoft Suite Skills.
• Prioritize incoming emails and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactively communicates information with cross functional teams and Supervisor.
• Maintain basic pricing trends within assigned region.
• Works with Sales Support Specialist for Master Data requests.
• Ability to communicate with customers.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
