Job summary

RELX is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow strategic insurance carrier relationships in the Midwest. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, driving adoption of LexisNexis Risk Solutions and expanding revenue through strategic account planning and multi-team collaboration.

Successful candidates will manage executive relationships, lead business reviews, and coordinate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or insurance industry relationship management.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of insurance carrier accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop strategic account plans aligning customer objectives with LexisNexis solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Achieve revenue growth through retention, cross-sell, upsell, and new adoption.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
• Coordinate internal resources across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership.
