Job summary

Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. in Fresno, CA, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to educate HPP disease customers, identify patients affected by HPP, and raise awareness of Alexion’s disease awareness initiatives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the territory.

You will lead sales and marketing disease, diagnostic and branded programs, build strong relationships with physicians, clinics and hospitals, and implement patient-centric partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in life science and/or business/marketing.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or equivalent sales experience.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales objectives in assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the product, market, and customers.
• Developing and implementing strategically targeted account-specific territory business plans in line with corporate strategy.
• Managing territory, analyzing market dynamics to meet sales goals and update business plans.
• Developing and maintaining strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge.
• Educating on diagnostic approaches to disease and appropriate testing.
• Leading patient-centric partnership initiatives with physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Making persuasive sales calls to designated customers to drive product sales.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and managing CRM and administrative tasks.
