James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Outdoor Living Products in the Los Angeles area.

You will own downstream contractor demand, defend business with dealers and distributors, and grow market share by expanding premium product adoption across builders, architects, and contractors. Responsibilities include developing account plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with Channel Managers to convert demand into territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience with high level of organization and self-structure.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase share of wallet.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Develop structured account plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess goals and needs.
• Translate customer feedback into recommendations for product, pricing, service, or process improvements.
• Maintain account profiles and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Forecast account performance and identify trends to prioritize actions.
• Drive demand for Outdoor Living and engage market stakeholders to influence decisions.
