Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced On Premise sales professional in Santa Monica, CA. The role focuses on building and executing plans with top outlets and fitness operators, driving sales through analytical insights and compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently while traveling 50–60% of the time. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with demonstrated success of building and executing plans with top outlets.
• Experience selling to Fitness Operators heavily preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to influence internal and external partners with business insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Job description

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and utilize business insights to influence internal and external partners to drive sales.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable creativity and solution-orientated thinking that has driven account results that speak to consumer and account needs.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.
