Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Fitness Key Account Manager to drive growth with regional fitness partners and distributed accounts. You will build incentives, manage programs, and negotiate contracts to maximize execution and volume while aligning with On Premise standards.

The role requires a strong sales background in fitness channels, analytical thinking, and excellent communication. Travel to key markets is expected as part of a regional strategy and trade show presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with top outlets.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented thinking driving account results.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales funnel for Regional Fitness Key Account partners.
• Build relationships and incentive programs with distributors to drive growth.
• Develop account programming like promotions and staff programs.
• Negotiate contracts to drive execution and control spend per case.
• Create go-to-market strategies to launch distribution with partners.
• Coordinate with National Fitness teams and regional On Premise teams.
• Plan and review performance to ensure year‑end business plan achievement.
• Engage distributor partners on priorities and programs.
