Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Fitness Regional Account Manager to drive sales across Fitness & Gym key accounts in the United States, with potential to sit in Santa Monica, Phoenix, or Houston.

You will build go-to-market programs, negotiate contracts, and manage regional programming aligned with RBNA On Premise standards. The role requires 5+ years in On Premise sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English, with strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with demonstrated success in building and executing plans with top outlets.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use business insights to influence partners.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage sales funnel of Regional Fitness Key Account partners.
• Build relationships and incentive programs with Regional Fitness distributors to drive growth in independent & chain business.
• Develop strong go-to-market strategies to launch distribution & execution with Fitness Key Account partners.
• Negotiate key accounts contracts to drive execution and programming while controlling spends per case.
• Conduct regular account audits to ensure standards are met and drive performance.
• Participate in Trade Shows and Conferences to stay updated on industry standards and negotiate solutions.
• Plan and manage volume and spend budgets via CPM and forecast monthly by account.
