Red Bull North America is seeking an experienced On Premise sales professional based in Miami to drive growth with top outlets. The role requires 5+ years of on- premise sales success, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Travel 50-60% is expected; the position is permanent with benefits eligibility.

The ideal candidate will blend entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to work independently, leveraging Excel and PowerPoint to influence partners and optimize plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with demonstrated success of building and executing plans with top outlets, preferably with account groups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and utilize business insights to influence internal and external partners to drive sales.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable creativity and solution-orientated thinking that has driven account results that speak to consumer and account needs.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.
