Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, part of Neuronetics, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead field-based relationships with psychiatrists, PCPs, and behavioral health providers in the Raleigh territory. You will drive patient referrals and account strategy while representing a leading TMS therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
• Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies.
• Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals.
• Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development.
• Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
• Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct.
