Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, Inc., seeks a Regional Account Manager for the Raleigh territory. This field-based role travels up to 80% to build relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers while driving center performance.

The RAM will bridge clinical evidence with provider education and execute strategic plans to meet forecasted referrals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Strong computer skills and ability to convey clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with psychiatrists and other behavioral health providers.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers to align with marketing strategies.
• Sales Execution: Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle to exceed territory goals.
• Territory Analysis: Provide updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage hours, referral data, and expense reporting.
• Compliance: Uphold HIPAA and Code of Conduct requirements.
