Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Maryland territory. The field-based role covers Owings Mills, Columbia, Bel Air, Towson, and Frederick, with up to 80% travel and remote-from-home when not in the field.

You will build relationships with psychiatrists and healthcare providers, drive territory growth, and work with regional managers to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Strong computer skills and ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information.
• Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies.
• Sales Execution: Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals.
• Territory Analysis: Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
• Compliance: Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct.
