Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover the Michigan territory from Detroit. This field‑based role involves building relationships with psychiatrists and other providers and driving center performance, with 80% travel and remote work when not in the field.

You will partner with practice managers and medical directors, develop strategic plans, and execute sales to meet forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–3 years of full‑time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information.
• Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and behavioral health providers.
• Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans aligned with global marketing strategies.
• Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the full sales cycle to exceed territory goals.
• Provide updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends.
• Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct.
