Job summary

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to build long-term relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, and municipalities across the territory. This fully remote role in the United States offers a flexible schedule, travel within the territory, and a commission component on top of a base pay range.

You will manage the full sales cycle, demonstrate equipment solutions, prepare quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience or at least five years of industry-related experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Meet with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Demonstrate products and explain features, specifications, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer support.
• Attend customer meetings, inspections, trade shows, manufacturer visits, and company events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Represent Atlantic Emergency Solutions with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.

Competitive pay range: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience, plus commissionAt Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Regional Account Managers help first responders get the equipment they need to protect their communities. This is more than a sales position. You'll build long-term relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, and municipalities while representing industry-leading emergency equipment. We provide the support, training, and flexibility you need to succeed while giving you the independence to manage your territory and grow your customer base.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule

• Remote position based in or around Baltimore area
• Travel throughout the assigned territory
• Occasional overnight travel for customer visits, trade shows, manufacturer meetings, and company events

Requirements

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires frequent driving and travel throughout the assigned territory. Duties include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying product samples or materials up to 50 pounds, and occasional work in outdoor environments while visiting customer locations and attending events.
