Atlantic Emergency Solutions, based near Baltimore, seeks a Regional Account Manager to help first responders obtain the emergency equipment they need to protect their communities. This role emphasizes relationship-building and service, not just sales, as you engage fire departments, EMS, and municipalities while representing leading equipment brands.

The position is full-time and fully remote for the Baltimore area, with travel across the territory and occasional overnight visits to customers

Formación

• Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Proficient with computers and common software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Meet with customers to understand needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Demonstrate products, explain features, specs, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Attend customer meetings, inspections, trade shows, and events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Represent Atlantic Emergency Solutions with professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
