Atlantic Emergency Solutions, based near Baltimore, seeks a Regional Account Manager to help first responders obtain the emergency equipment they need to protect their communities. This role emphasizes relationship-building and service, not just sales, as you engage fire departments, EMS, and municipalities while representing leading equipment brands.

The position is full-time and fully remote for the Baltimore area, with travel across the territory and occasional overnight visits to customers

Competitive pay range: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience, plus commission

At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Regional Account Managers help first responders get the equipment they need to protect their communities. This is more than a sales position. You'll build long-term relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, and municipalities while representing industry-leading emergency equipment. We provide the support, training, and flexibility you need to succeed while giving you the independence to manage your territory and grow your customer base.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule

• Remote position based in or around Baltimore area
• Travel throughout the assigned territory
• Occasional overnight travel for customer visits, trade shows, manufacturer meetings, and company events

Work Environment:

Key Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Previous outside sales experience or at least five years of industry-related experience
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with computers and common business software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position requires frequent driving and travel throughout the assigned territory. Duties include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying product samples or materials up to 50 pounds, and occasional work in outdoor environments while visiting customer locations and attending events.
