The Regional Account Manager will work as part of a broader team that will help enable customer retention through effective account management activities. This role will be a combination of account management and targeting growth opportunities within the existing base. This is a key sales position requiring effective management and execution of a territory plan, cross-functional ownership of all single-family segments including the channel, and collaboration with peers and management to transition new accounts. The incumbent will work as part of a team of territory sales reps that collectively drive regional sales results.

The current pay scale for this position is estimated at $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, geography, and internal equity. This position qualifies for benefits and a bonus plan.
