Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Regional Account Manager to lead sales for a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Alexandria area. You will partner with client management and stakeholders to identify and execute growth strategies for large-scale facilities services initiatives, including janitorial, EnhancedClean, engineering, and parking management.

The RAM will cross-sell ABM services, manage financial performance (P&L, A/R, and work orders), and deliver client presentations to drive contract success

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership for designated strategic accounts.
• Partner with client management and stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute growth strategies for large-scale facilities services initiatives (janitorial, EnhancedClean, facility services engineering, and parking management).
• Cross-sell other ABM services and ensure program quality and contract term implementation.
• Manage financial performance, P&L, accounts receivable, and work-order management; resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver dynamic client presentations and updates to drive contract success and maintain client satisfaction.
