Job summary

Cyclic Materials is seeking an Account Executive for Mesa to spearhead regional business development across Arizona and adjacent states. You will build strategic relationships with feeders, magnet manufacturers, and recyclers, negotiating supply agreements and offtake contracts.

This role requires 5–7+ years in industrial B2B sales, fluent English, and a proven ability to travel. You will report to leadership and contribute to the company’s growth, market intelligence, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA is considered an asset.
• 5–7+ years of business development, commercial, procurement, or strategic sales experience in industrial B2B markets.
• Experience in Rare Earth Elements, Permanent Magnets, Metal Recycling, Mining & Metals, or Critical Minerals is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset; travel willingness.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across AZ and neighboring states.
• Identify and secure feedstock sources and establish supply agreements.
• Develop offtake contracts and long-term partnerships.
• Manage key regional customer and supplier relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations for supply agreements and NDAs.
• Identify market opportunities for recycled rare earth materials and magnets.
