Job summary

Cyclic Materials is seeking an Account Manager to support customer and supplier growth from our Mesa, AZ office. You will work with the Account Executive to move opportunities forward, coordinate inside-sales activities, and develop long-term feedstock partnerships.

The role requires organizing multiple priorities, strong communication, and accurate follow-through. You will serve as a primary contact, assist with onboarding, pricing, and issue resolution, and collaborate with Operations,

Qualifications

• Three or more years in account management or inside sales.
• Experience in metal recycling or industrial markets is a plus.
• Strong phone, email, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts and suppliers.
• Support onboarding, pricing communication, and order coordination.
• Prepare quotes, updates, and commercial summaries.
• Track quotes, orders, loads, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts.
