Job summary

Cyclic Materials is building a resilient circular supply chain for rare earth elements and permanent magnets in the United States. We are seeking a highly strategic Account Executive in Mesa to establish and grow our commercial presence across Arizona and neighboring markets.

You will develop strategic relationships across the rare earth and magnet value chain, negotiate supply agreements, identify opportunities, and provide market intelligence to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of business development, commercial, procurement, or strategic sales experience in industrial B2B markets.
• Experience in rare earths, magnets, metal recycling, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development across Arizona and surrounding states.
• Identify and secure feedstock sources and establish long-term supply agreements.
• Develop offtake partnerships and negotiate commercial terms and NDAs/MOUs.
• Manage key regional customer and supplier relationships with a long-term value focus.
• Provide market intelligence and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Represent Cyclic Materials at industry events and build partnerships across the value chain.
