Job summary

Cyclic Materials, based in Mesa, AZ, seeks an Account Manager to support customer and supplier growth. You will work closely with the Account Executive to move opportunities forward, manage accounts, and convert commercial activity into reliable feedstock supply and long-term partnerships.

This role is office-based, requiring strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering precise follow-through and exceptional service to customers and suppliers in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years in account management, inside sales, or industrial B2B sales is expected.
• Experience in metal recycling, automotive recycling, electronics recycling, or industrial markets is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong phone, email, presentation, and relationship-building skills with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executive to support accounts across multiple states and opportunities.
• Prepare account plans, briefs, pricing info, and commercial materials for discussions.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.
• Qualify inbound leads and perform proactive outreach to suppliers, customers and recyclers.
• Develop opportunities across rare earth materials, magnets, end-of-life products, and recycling streams.
