The SilMan Sales Team is based in Seattle and meets in person regularly. The successful candidate must reside in the greater Seattle area or Portland.

SilMan Industries is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to cultivate lasting relationships and passionately represent SilMan’s integrated approach to industrial services with leading industrial companies across the Western United States.

  • Depth and Breadth of Performance: SilMan’s Industrial Construction Account Executive will identify and prepare winning proposals for projects such as Air Cargo Handling Systems, Baggage Handling, Industrial Infrastructure, Food and Beverage Facilities and Systems, Electrical Systems, and Decommission/Dismantle.

What does the Regional Industrial Construction Account Executive do?

The Regional Industrial Construction Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for the outreach, development, qualification, and management of strategic client partnerships for SilMan’s industrial construction division.

The RAE is also responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through existing relationships and contacts, conducting market research, and developing new relationships and contacts. This role regularly communicates and collaborates with other business development, sales, marketing, and estimating team members to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.

This individual understands and embraces SilMan’s culture, supporting the company’s policies, procedures, and vision in a confidential and professional manner.

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000. The base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience and other job-related skills.

Here are some of the responsibilities of this role:

  • As a vital member of the "BizDev" Team, the RAE effectively executes tasks such as:
  • Develop, qualify, and manage strategic client relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential new clients.
  • Engage with business development leaders and team members individually and in group settings.
  • Document activity on Salesforce.
  • Develop a strong understanding of SilMan Products and Services.
  • Research existing services and the latest industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Raise visibility and awareness of SilMan’s capabilities and services with new and existing clients and contacts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales content, ranging from success stories to supporting business development and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships to support the business development and sales processes.
  • Work with Team Leads and Estimators to produce client proposals and change orders.
  • Maintain and exceed sales quota and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Inspire excitement and confidence with new client contacts and leads.
  • Create and maintain a drip marketing plan for new and existing contacts.
