What does the Regional Industrial Construction Account Executive do?
The Regional Industrial Construction Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for the outreach, development, qualification, and management of strategic client partnerships for SilMan’s industrial construction division.
The RAE is also responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through existing relationships and contacts, conducting market research, and developing new relationships and contacts. This role regularly communicates and collaborates with other business development, sales, marketing, and estimating team members to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
This individual understands and embraces SilMan’s culture, supporting the company’s policies, procedures, and vision in a confidential and professional manner.
Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000. The base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience and other job-related skills.
