Job Summary:
This position is responsible for effectively managing the targeted payer accounts in the Northwest, Southwest and some of the Great Plains states. These accounts will reside within Supernus’s targeted payer segments (Commercial Regional, Medicaid and Medicare) This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as payers, providers, and government agencies to negotiate favorable pricing and formulary placement for our products and will function within the company as the Supernus expert on their accounts. They will be accountable for all the yearly objectives set for their account targets. They will work closely with the other key areas in the company (Contracting, National Account Directors, Sales and Marketing) and lead the effort to develop mutually beneficial relationships with their targeted accounts across multiple levels of management and departments.

Compensation:
At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $168,000 to $211,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual’s salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.
Base salary is one part of the overall compensation package, which includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase programs and performance-based bonus programs.
