Botrista, Inc. is recruiting an Account and Relationship Manager to lead sales efforts in Higher Education, Healthcare, and restaurant sectors in the United States.

You will secure installation dates, coordinate with operations, and nurture long-term client relationships. You will travel up to 85% of the time, upsell accounts, and analyze pricing and profitability while maintaining Salesforce records and reporting to the Director of Regional Management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• ~5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% within the designated region.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for sales matters within Higher Education, Healthcare, and restaurant chains.
• Secure installation dates and coordinate with operations for Botrista Pro machines.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ensure post-sale engagement.
• Travel to client sites and engage with directors/owners/operators to maximize opportunities.
• Upsell customers and leverage referrals to grow the customer base.
• Review pricing, returns, invoices, and profitability reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
