Located ideally in Texas, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and partners to identify opportunities and translate product knowledge into measurable business results.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant fields, strong technical aptitude, and experience in data analytics, CRM usage, and consultative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, product specialist, technical support, purchasing, pricing or application-focused roles.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of abrasive applications and customer processes.
• Experience translating technical findings into commercial opportunities.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools to identify trends and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by achieving sales, gross margin, and market penetration objectives.
• Partner with sales teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver commercial and technical expertise.
• Evaluate customer processes and recommend optimized abrasive solutions.
• Lead or support product trials and testing and interpret results.
• Develop new opportunities and cross-sell within the region.
• Use CRM and analytics to track opportunities and account growth.
