The ideal candidate combines commercial instinct with hands-on technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset. The candidate should be located in Texas and willing to travel regionally across OK, LA, and AR as needed,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sales, product specialist, technical support, or application-focused roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate findings into commercial opportunities.
• Experience with data analytics to identify trends and growth drivers.
• Collaborative experience across sales, operations, and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by meeting sales, margin, and market penetration goals.
• Partner with sales teams, customers, and suppliers to provide commercial and technical expertise.
• Evaluate customer processes and recommend optimized abrasive solutions.
• Lead or support product trials and interpret results to improve efficiency and finish quality.
• Develop new opportunities and expand strategic accounts through technical consultation.
• Use CRM and analytics to monitor customer trends and account growth.
• Provide technical training and product updates to field and inside teams.
