Qualifications

• Requires 5 years in technical laboratory services with 3 years in leadership of staff, budgets, and multiple functions.
• Demonstrates leadership with project management, decision making, delegation and team building.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance, accrediting, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with pathologists and leadership to ensure laboratory services support clinical and safety initiatives.
• Develops, implements, and monitors budgets; analyzes fiscal needs and variances.
• Directs enterprise laboratory strategies and quality improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leads performance improvement to optimize engagement, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Ensures operations adhere to laws and accreditation requirements; designs processes for inspection readiness.
