Job summary

Dartmouth Hitchcock Health is seeking a Manager of Regional and Affiliate Laboratory Services to lead and optimize laboratory operations across multiple affiliated labs. You will drive standardization, oversee budgets, and coordinate with the Pathology Service Line to improve service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in clinical lab leadership, with focus on financial stewardship and cross-site collaboration within the Dartmouth Health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MT (ASCP) or equivalent in basic sciences with 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Master’s in Business Administration, health administration, or related clinical science field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and standardization of laboratory services across affiliates.
• Lead financial management, budgeting, dashboards, and cost-control measures.
• Guide affiliate lab leaders to ensure high-quality timely lab services.
• Coordinate with Pathology Service Line for system-wide improvements.
• Support outreach services with marketing and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, performance improvement, and accreditation.
• Develop policies, staffing plans, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
