Job summary

The University of Michigan is seeking a Guest Services Associate to manage access in the Regents' Guest Area suites during home football games. You will greet guests, monitor entry, and provide directions and information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, demonstrate teamwork, and have prior customer-service experience across phones, email, and in person.
