Gold Coats - Event staff will serve as ushers or ticket takers at home Gopher events for any of our varsity sports. Ticket takers are assigned to a specific entry gate and monitor the authenticity of every ticket used to enter a University of Minnesota Athletics Venue. Ushers are assigned to certain areas of each facility to help provide customer service for fans attending our events. They will help answer questions, provide direction, and help resolve any issues that arise over the course of an event. Ushers and ticket takers are essential to the overall game day experience for our fans.
Pay Range: $15.25; depending on education/qualifications/experience. Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications. Learn more about retirement plans.
