Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with individual students or small groups in classroom, after-school, and summer programs to reinforce content.
• Maintains partnerships with school districts, teachers, and partners; acts as liaison among groups.
• Engages parents and families to support student learning and participation.
• Provides career counseling and connects youth to college access activities and workforce services.
• Tracks outcomes and compiles data to meet funding requirements and reports.
• Ensures services comply with agency quality standards and HIPAA.
