Jewish Family Service of San Diego is seeking a Resettlement Case Manager to provide hands-on case management for refugee resettlement clients, manage a caseload, and coordinate services with the Refugee Resettlement team. The role emphasizes accurate records, data entry, and timely reporting to support positive client outcomes.

• Must have a valid CA driver's license, insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with social service systems in San Diego/CA for low-income families.
• Experience in a social services setting providing case management.
• Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management to refugee/immigrant clients, including referrals and tracking progress toward goals.
• Assess and coordinate referrals to local service and housing providers and other partners.
• Assist clients in enrolling in eligible benefits and orienting them to services.
• Advocate for clients to access necessary services and communicate with providers.
• Represent clients in communications with providers and explain services.
• Conduct community outreach and develop a support system for eligible populations.
• Participate in team meetings and ensure quality of case documentation.
• Maintain case files with QA by the Program Manager and perform required data entry.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
