Job summary

USCRI Atlanta is seeking a PIR Case Manager to support newly arrived refugees through direct services and by coordinating housing, healthcare and social services in the Atlanta area. You will maintain case files, provide orientation and connect clients with community resources during the resettlement period.

The role reports to the Senior Field Office Director and requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Bilingual candidates are preferred to serve diverse refugee families.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in case management or social work preferred.
• Bilingual/multi-lingual preferred.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently, with high motivation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and transportation.
• Commitment to USCRI's values and to human rights of refugees.

Responsibilities

• Arrange housing, healthcare, social services, service providers and interpretation for newly arriving refugees in the Atlanta area.
• Maintain case files and submit written reports as required.
• Provide cross-cultural information and orient refugee families to their new community.
• Connect clients with community networks and support systems for long-term integration.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and collaborate with community partners for resources and referrals.
• Ensure linguistically and culturally appropriate services and provide education and advocacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
