U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is seeking a Field Office Director to lead the Atlanta, GA office, overseeing refugee resettlement, employment services, health navigation, and related programs.

The director will manage staff, ensure program quality, and drive donor engagement and strategic growth in a mission-driven environment. The role emphasizes leadership of a mission-driven team, accountability to clients, and collaboration with headquarters to sustain and expand services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business, social services administration, non-profit management, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of professional work experience with supervisory and program management responsibilities.
• Commitment to humanitarian response for refugees and immigrants; ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Office strategic planning and program design in Atlanta.
• Oversee complex programs, ensure donor compliance and quality service delivery.
• Develop annual budgets and coordinate with finance and HQ for grants management.
• Drive fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with government funders, donors, and partners.
• Supervise, train, and support field staff; promote trauma-informed, culturally competent client care.
• Coordinate communications with HQ and build cross-team collaboration for program growth.
