Job summary

U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) in Atlanta, GA seeks a Field Office Director to lead our field operations serving refugees and immigrants across program areas including resettlement, employment services, health navigation, and youth programs.

The role directs staff, ensures service quality, oversees grant funding and budgets, and collaborates with donors and partners to expand impact while maintaining compliance and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of professional work experience with supervisory and program management experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian response for refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and vulnerable populations.
• Strong leadership and budget management experience, with grant/donor oversight.
• Experience with strategic planning for program growth and fundraising.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: lead development of program strategy and annual plans for the Field Office.
• Program Management: oversee complex programs, ensure contractual compliance and client outcomes.
• Fundraising & Community Engagement: support fundraising strategy and donor relations; build partnerships.
• Operations Management: recruit/train staff and maintain cross-team communications with HQ.
