Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida is hiring a Program Director to oversee a continuum of care and coordinate culturally competent services. You will act as liaison among stakeholders and ensure program effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.

The role emphasizes staffing, budgeting, grant support, and performance evaluations, in a non-direct care capacity with opportunities to influence community programs and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
• Experience in program management or refugee/migrant services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a continuum of care to ensure holistic, culturally competent services.
• Supervise programs and staff; ensure licensing, QA, and fiscal requirements are met.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and analyze monthly financials.
• Lead outreach, community networking, and grant/proposal writing as needed.
• Prepare program reports reflecting statistics and activity.
