Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation within electronic case files and refugee management systems.
• Ensure program compliance with state and federal guidelines and coordinate with other programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of employment counselors and coordinators, guiding day-to-day work.
• Conduct trainings to enhance understanding of employment trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a reporting calendar for required report types and dates.
• Forge and maintain relationships with local employers to create refugee job opportunities.
• Assist in grant writing and reporting to secure funding for programs.
