Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking a Case Manager I (SAS) in Houston to recruit refugee clients, conduct intake, assessments, and deliver quality case management within the Social Adjustment Services program.

You will coordinate referrals, maintain files in Client Track and Refugee Management Solution, collaborate with supervisors and volunteers, and support outreach activities while upholding LEP policy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in administrative setting or within refugee populations.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility for Social Adjustment Services, complete intakes, and create individualized service plans.
• Maintain client files, update case notes, and track activities in Client Track and Refugee Management Solution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Program Supervisor, such as outreach, training volunteers, and airport pickups.
