Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an hourly technician to operate and maintain refrigeration systems at the Nashville Plant. The role requires a basic background in electrical, hydraulics or related systems and a commitment to safety.

You will be part of a team ensuring reliable refrigeration, adhering to all Tyson policies, and working a 2nd shift with opportunities for growth within a large food processing operation.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in one of the following: Electrical, Hydraulics, PLC's, Welding/Fabrication, AC/DC control wiring, 3 phase wiring, Plumbing conveyor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain refrigeration systems in a safe, compliant manner.
• Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Job Details:

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• 3 months experience in one of the following- Electrical, Hydraulics, PLC's Welding/Fabrication AC/DC control wiring, 3 phase wiring, Plumbing conveyor maintenance
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Nashville Plant.
• Rehires are subject to a 1 year waiting period
• Benefits Will Start Day of Hire
• Candidates that have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times will NOT be eligible for hire
